Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which you received it, with all original packaging, tags, and seals intact. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at marckleynarcisse@gmail.com before sending any item back. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to return your order. Please do not send products back without receiving return instructions from us first. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution. Photos of the item and packaging may be requested.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, certain beauty, cosmetic, skincare, hair-care, personal-care, and similar products cannot be returned once they have been opened, used, tested, or had their protective seal removed.

Sale items, gift cards, customized products, and other items marked as final sale are also non-returnable unless required by applicable law.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may return the eligible item and place a separate order for the replacement product.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
